Holy Spirit/ Full Gospel
While repentance from sin and faith towards God through Jesus the Messiah enables a person to enter Heaven when they die (be saved), it does not equate to entering the Kingdom of God.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.
We believe that in order to enter the Kingdom of God on earth, 3 things must take place:
1. Repentance from sin and faith towards God through Jesus the Messiah, God's only Son. (salvation)
2. Baptism in water by immersion unto Jesus Christ
3. Baptism in the Holy Spirit usually through the laying on of hands and manifesting with speaking in tongues
The Kingdom of God has existed since the Holy Spirit was poured out on the day of Pentecost. The Holy Spirit gives the believer the power to walk in the Spirit, do signs, wonders and miracles, cast out demons, heal the sick, raise the dead and live a righteous life.
